Responsibilities of both parties
The user and this service agree on an independent partnership. No element of this agreement constitutes any form of joint venture, franchise partnership or employer-employee-relationship between the user and this service.

If some parts of this agreement should be void or become void, the other parts of this agreement shall not be affected by it.
